Inspired by his family history, the chef reinterprets these culinary traditions with refinement and simplicity.
During your cookery workshop, you'll join our team of chefs and watch as they prepare the house's signature dish - Bresse chicken - for a truly immersive experience.

The sommelier from the Michelin-starred Georges Blanc restaurant will be on hand to guide you through our oenology workshops. Passion, expertise and conviviality combine in the cellar of this Michelin-starred establishment.
The programme includes a visit to the restaurant's cellar and its exceptional labels, followed by a tasting of three different vintages and a wine-tasting lesson from our sommelier.

The dovecote, with its typically regional architecture, sits majestically in the middle of the eponymous Dovecote Park. Two hectares of intense greenery where you can enjoy a delightful stroll at any time of day.
In the heart of the park, the Lara's Garden is specially designed for children aged 5 and over.
There's nothing better than cycling through Village Blanc and beyond into the surrounding Bresse countryside. Bikes available for hire by the day or half-day.
