From 1 March 2020, all companies with between 50 and 250 employees are required to publish their gender equality index on their website.  
The index is based on 4 indicators:

  •     Pay gaps
  •     Differences in individual pay rises
  •     Percentage of employees receiving a pay rise after returning from maternity leave
  •     Number of employees of the under-represented sex in the 10 highest earners
